Colonial currency was produced in the 1700’s by the original thirteen colonies as well as the Continental Congress. Most of these old bills are smaller than today’s currency and they were hand signed, dated and numbered. Many reproductions exist, so if you have what you believe is authentic colonial currency, please send us scans of what you have, so we can properly identify it and advise you what we are currently paying for this type of currency.
